the location is amazing and it made getting around so easy. the pool area was lovely. there were many dining options and bars right in the hotel itself, that was really convenient!!!
i found out that removing items results in a charge. requesting an empty refrigerator would have cost an extra $20. the room generally looked worn. furniture was dented and chipping.

impersonal servicepersistent it issues
The check-in process was surprisingly impersonal and slow. The front desk agent seemed disinterested in assisting and didn't explain the resort fees clearly. I had difficulty connecting to the Wi-Fi consistently. IT issues persisted THROUGHOUT my stay. This definitely dampened my experience.

The beds are very comfy. I enjoyed the great pools also. Plenty of places to eat there.
I stood in line almost half an hour for check-in. The reservation was supposedly canceled, it was a bit off. I paid 5 USD extra for car parking. I felt a coffee kettle in the room should not be missing.
